1. Inspection: All items will be carefully inspected before shipping to ensure they are free of defects. Due to the unique nature of our purchasing process, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
2. Product Information: Please inquire about all product details before purchasing. Be aware that each computer/phone screen has different resolutions, and there may be some color differences in the product. We appreciate your understanding.
3. Washing Instructions: It is normal for dark/bright-colored clothes to experience slight color fading during washing. We recommend washing them separately from light/white-colored clothes. Do not soak in detergent for long periods, avoid direct sunlight, and dry in a well-ventilated, shaded area.
